São Domingos de Rana is one of the fastest-growing parts of the Cascais municipality, with new housing, business parks and road works across Tires, Abóboda, Trajouce and Outeiro de Polima. That growth means large, time-sensitive earthworks, and this is where our heavier fleet does most of its work.
Large-scale earthworks
- Construction pit excavation for residential blocks and commercial buildings, including loading and removal of the soil.
- Land filling and grading to the levels needed for buildings, car parks or gardens.
- Soil and material transport handled by our own trucks, so the schedule doesn't wait on third parties.
Demolition and site clearing
Before a new build we demolish old outbuildings, walls or entire structures and clear the plot. Demolition waste and excavated soil are separated and taken to licensed destinations, leaving the site ready for the next phase.
Safe work in a busy area
Working next to busy roads and occupied homes means logistics matter as much as the digging. We plan machine access, truck routes and working hours around the site and keep the excavation area secure throughout, alongside any drainage and utility work the project needs.
